Lead Generation Specialist/Inside Sales Executive – Portsmouth, NH

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, persistent yet polite individual who will be responsible for:

  • Outbound calling to high-level prospects to set appointments for our account executives
  • Perform direct & email follow-up to same prospect pool
  • Perform research to grow the pool of prospect companies and individuals
  • Will include qualifying inbound leads, once outbound goals achieved on a regular basis

We are looking for a candidate that can confidently present these abilities and skills:

  • A successful track record with outbound B2B telephone-based appointment setting with upper management
  • A positive, self-motivated attitude with the personal discipline to drive for the close
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to be a detail-oriented team player with a strong work ethic
  • Comfortable taking direction and working within a contact management system
  • Document scanning service bureau knowledge a plus, but not mandatory

Account Executive – Greater New England

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, persistent yet polite individual who will be responsible for:

  • New revenue acquisition
  • Prospecting and lead generation via outbound calling, in-person visits, email, etc.
  • Participation in key industry-specific organizations,
  • Qualifying opportunities via face-to-face, phone and web meetings
  • Proposing solutions, and closing sales

We are looking for a candidate that can confidently present these abilities and skills:

  • A successful track record with B2B business development in a resistant market
  • Enthusiasm and passion for helping businesses solve problems and do things better
  • Possesses a comfort in dealing and interacting with all levels in a company
  • Is mindful of process and relationships, while driving to close the deal
  • The ability to know when to listen…and when to talk
  • The ability to be a detail-oriented team player with a strong work ethic
  • Comfortable working within a contact management system
  • Process automation sales experience a plus, but not mandatory
  • Document scanning service bureau industry knowledge a plus, but not mandatory

Document Imaging Assistant - Portsmouth, NH

Job Description
Recordsforce is in need of bright and responsible team players to assist in document imaging process. We are firm believers in promoting those who are willing to take risks and have a strong work ethic. Job responsibilities are as follows: prepare paperwork for high speed scanner to include staple removal, photo-copying, form recognition, sorting and other related assignments, move file boxes, label and log jobs. May provide office support as necessary. Part-time positions also available.
